We in 2018 live in a Knowledge Society and need a lot of Learning, unlearning and relearning all at the same time. As the race to do more in less especially with time intensifies, we the Knowledge workers are under severe pressure to increase our competency in "Learning on the Fly". This is one of the 67 globally recognized competencies dictionary required to fulfill any profession, any job in the world.

Intelligence is defined as the super power ability of mind to take decisions. It is dynamic in nature and has no limitation to solve various problems linear or non-linear in nature way. The main motivation is to find a "intelligent" Learning Technique with context capturing on the fly. There is a huge set of techniques available for Learning. Bloom's taxonomy is a standard framework for levels and methods of learning.

The available data/facts are increasing at an exponential rate, so it is very important to optimize. Our brain has huge potential to learn. Brain can adapt very easily to new environments by learning and can deal with information that is noisy, inconsistent, vague, or probabilistic. The state-of-art techniques for learning are very problem specific and can not be generalized. To solve these problems there is a requirement for a technique which can efficiently use different objects which would be words, images, colors, space and distribution with branching ,hierarchy ,tree structure.

This technique should ideally be based on neural network for learning and should have a component for sorting and storing patterns. The proposed technique should have a sufficiently large accuracy rate to be implemented in real life scenarios. Need a standard algorithm with a mathematical model as template and variation based on implementation type.

Mind mapping is a simple to understand , apply and reapply technique like a 80,20 rule or Deming Wheel : Plan, DO, Check, Act or Ishikawa diagram (fish bone) for root cause analysis. All these tools are simple , generic and almost unlimited applications.

Inspired by the structure of the human brain, Mind maps are designed to capture more info efficiently and with precision.

In Text domain :

The ideal technique should have a mathematical foundation, Less effect of Multidimensionality ,flexibility to adjust to a domain ,Shorter learning curve .

The methods used presently have a domain limitation. A particular method would work very well for comprehension, application and not work well for synthesis, Evaluation.

  • Classification in text domain is useful to convert data from unmarked to marked. Segregation of values around main branch's significantly simplifies the data. In any kind of information processing classification is always the first crucial step. The minor components get clustered around the main branches. Some times same object is related to multiple branch's! interlinking of branching can be used in this case.
  • Apt Key words are "universal Set " they summarize large amount of content and simply the clutter of words ,ideas in a text. This helps in focusing on the crux of the matter.
  • For decision making the classification of aspects/attributes into various branches /colors simplifies the complexity of the problem.

In Image/WIMAGE domain:

" Choice of proper kernel " is recognized as an open topic for optimization research. Hence a discovery of Image and Text specific Kernel which is called as the central image in MM terminology reduces the search space for the human mind.

Between 20 to 30% Branch headings should be in IMAGE / WIMAGE form.

An image speaks for thousand words or more and expresses/captures huge essence of the matter. It is fundamental language of thinking before taking shape of symbols called Language. This hardware or brain friendly means of info processing increases the retention, throughput and innovation by our neck top(mind)

When teaching curriculum using Mind maps this will help determine the component to be used based on cognitive level of learning anticipating from students.

I. Methodology :

Step 1. Start at the centre of a horizontal Blank paper

Step 2. Draw a related central image related to the problem under consideration.

Step 3. Use tree structure and branching for a improvised classification technique.

Step 4. Use WIMAGES, KEY words on the branch's for efficient capturing /classification of ideas generated with accuracy.

Step 5. Branching should be from Thick to thin as per weighting of priority/impact.

Step 6. Use at least 3 colors to keep the mind interested and stimulated in the process. This helps in increased accuracy, speed and generation of new ideas towards solution ing. and success.

II. Conclusion :

Based on the above discussion it can be concluded that Mind map technique with its seven step algorithm significantly improves the Learning process especially on the fly.

The conscious use of this technique is recommended from the age of 10 years. It is equally useful in adult learning especially for those with lesser attention span and less time to spare on learning a particular domain quickly for limited no of applications.

It is useful for Learning at all six levels of Blooms Taxonomy as per the reference table.

1. Mind Map serve to develop a mathematical model for Learning

2. The table proposes a comparative matrix of Mind map rules for efficient Learning at all 6 levels of Blooms taxonomy.
