- Build production-ready AI solutions using the .NET ecosystem and Azure AI services
- Run customer discovery, AI opportunity assessment, and solution scoping as a Forward Deployed Engineer
- Design and implement Azure OpenAI, RAG, and enterprise prompt engineering solutions
- Build multi-agent systems using Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen
- Deploy production-ready Copilot Stack and AI Foundry solutions with proper security, monitoring, and cost management
Prerequisites
- Basic programming familiarity recommended — C#/.NET fundamentals are covered in Days 1–2
- Understanding of core cloud computing concepts is helpful

Day 1
C# OOP, ASP.NET Core & Web Development Fundamentals
- Session 1: OOP principles, classes & objects, the four pillars of OOP, interfaces & design patterns
- Session 2: LINQ fundamentals; building OOP projects (Library Management System, E-Commerce Product Catalog)
- Session 3: ASP.NET Core fundamentals, MVC architecture, controllers/views/routing, EF Core CRUD operations
Day 2
Azure Hosting, Web APIs, Security & AI Integration
- Session 1: Azure App Service fundamentals, scaling, environment configuration, deployment slots
- Session 2: RESTful APIs, API versioning, APIM basics, Key Vault & Managed Identity, securing APIs with Entra ID
- Session 3: Azure SQL & Cosmos DB, ML.NET model creation/hosting, building AI-powered applications
Day 3
Forward Deployed Engineer Fundamentals & Customer Discovery
- Session 1: Understanding the FDE role — mindset, core competencies, engagement models
- Session 2: Customer discovery & problem framing — AI opportunity assessment, discovery frameworks
- Session 3: Solution scoping & architecture patterns — reference architectures, MVP scoping, feasibility assessment
Day 4
FDE Engagement Models & Azure AI Ecosystem Overview
- Session 1: FDE engagement lifecycle — pre-sales, POC execution, POC-to-production, stakeholder management
- Session 2: Azure AI ecosystem overview — Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Agent Framework, Copilot Stack, Cognitive Services
- Session 3: Solution design principles — responsible AI, data architecture, integration patterns, monitoring & governance
Day 5
Azure OpenAI Service — Implementation & Best Practices
- Session 1: Azure OpenAI deep dive — model selection, deployment models, API patterns, advanced features
- Session 2: Prompt engineering for enterprise solutions — fundamentals, advanced techniques, domain optimization, testing
- Session 3: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures — fundamentals, implementation, optimization, scale
Day 6
Azure AI Foundry & Microsoft Agent Framework
- Session 1: Azure AI Foundry platform — architecture, prompt flow, model evaluation, integration patterns
- Session 2: Microsoft Agent Framework & multi-agent systems — Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, agent design patterns
- Session 3: Building production-ready agent solutions — architecture best practices, tool integration, monitoring
Day 7
Microsoft Copilot Stack & Production Deployment
- Session 1: Microsoft Copilot Stack — Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot extensibility, use cases & patterns
- Session 2: Deployment & production readiness — architecture patterns, security & compliance, cost management
- Session 3: FDE success strategies — production support, measuring success, knowledge transfer & CoE models
Delivery Details
